Urban gift cards can be used to buy at-home wellness treatments via the Urban website (urban.co) or the Urban app. Your digital gift card will contain a unique 16-digit code that can be redeemed against any of our on-demand services such as massage, osteopathy, physiotherapy and beauty treatments like nails, Dermalogica facials and waxing. How long is a gift card valid for? Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. How do I spend my gift card? If you’ve received a gift card (nice!), you’ll need to create an Urban account through urban.co or on the Urban app (available on iPhone and Android). Once you're set up, simply head to your wallet and enter your unique 16-digit code to redeem the value of your gift card as credit. We'll automatically apply that credit to the next treatment you book, with any credit left over staying valid for 12 months. We'll apply leftover credit automatically to the next treatment you book. What is the difference between a promotional code and a voucher code? A promotional (or “promo”) code is a one-time discount that we typically give to first-time customers, or to existing customers on special occasions. You can only use one promotional code at a time. A voucher or gift card code is a unique, 16-digit-long number found on a gift card. It represents a monetary value and can be redeemed against as many bookings as it covers until the value runs out.
